From the Eagles: McGinnity given three-match ban

West Coast's Pat McGinnity has been handed a lengthy suspension by the AFL Match Review Panel

West Coast's Patrick McGinnity has been charged with engaging in rough conduct against Adelaide's Bernie Vince during the fourth quarter of the round 15 match at AAMI Stadium..

Due to his previous poor record, his three-match sanction must remain at three matches, even with an early plea.

McGinnity will miss Sunday's Carlton Mid Derby against Fremantle if the Eagles accept the sanction.
