Shai Bolton, Pat Voss and Neil Erasmus have been confirmed as three changes to Fremantle’s final team of 23, set to take on Sydney at Optus Stadium on Sunday.

Named on the interchange bench, Voss and Erasmus join recruit Shai Bolton as changes to the team that lost to Geelong in Round 1.

Liam Reidy and Karl Worner have been omitted, while Sam Switkowski is on the sidelines with a groin injury.

Former Tiger Bolton will be making his Fremantle debut after being named at half-forward in place of Switkowski.

Bolton will play his first game in purple at Optus Stadium, a venue where he holds an impressive record, averaging 21.67 disposals, 4.6 marks, 3.5 tackles and 2.3 goals in nine AFL games.

Bolton’s 21 goals at Optus Stadium are the second-most goals he’s kicked at a venue, behind only the MCG.

Playing his 100th AFL game, Luke Jackson faces a tough challenge against Brodie Grundy after being named in the ruck.

Murphy Reid will play his second AFL game after debuting in Round 1 and kicking four goals, all in the third quarter.

Bailey Banfield, Heath Chapman, Josh Draper, Erasmus and Voss have been named on the bench, with the substitute to be confirmed one hour before bounce-down.

Will Brodie, Reidy and Worner have been named as the emergencies.

Sunday’s game gets underway at 3.10pm WST and will be broadcast live on Fox Footy and Channel 7 and streamed live on Kayo and 7plus.
