Recruit Harley Bennell made his first appearance with the main training group, and displayed his renowned pace and skills.
Bennell ran hard throughout training, and covered a lot of the ground before delighting onlookers with a goal from 40 metres out on the boundary.
The training session featured foot skills, ball movement and decision making as points of emphasis.
Ball movement from the midfielders into the forward line was also featured, with the players following up with crumbing snaps at goal.
Chris Mayne also worked on his forward line stoppage work with Ethan Hughes after training.
Players also competed in attempts from the boundary, with Nick Suban kicking two impressive banana goals in a row to finish off training.
Alex Pearce also returned to training with the main group after time in rehab, and Ed Langdon resumed training after falling ill last week.
