The 2009 season is set to be full of excitement with the emergence of young stars Rhys Palmer, Garrick Ibbotson, Chris Mayne and Clayton Hinkley.

As the playing squad begins their preparations for the coming season we invite our members to be part of the team in 2009.

Reserved Seat Membership
All seated Members should have received their Renewal Membership pack by now. If you have not received your membership renewal information, please call the Membership Services Team on 9433 7111 or email us at membership@fremantlefc.com.au

Priority Renewal Period
Renewing Members without seating changes must ensure that they have their membership forms and payment back to the club by no later than 30 November 2008 to secure the same seat for the 2009 season. After this date their seats will become available to other members wishing to change seats and new members wishing to secure a reserved seat.

Requesting a change in seat
Subiaco Oval was almost at capacity in 2008 and as such seat move requests may not be accommodated. If a requested seat change made by Renewing Reserved Seat Member is unable to be accommodated, the Member will automatically be allocated back into their 2008 seat. If a Member does not wish to be allocated back into their 2008 seat they must tick the box on the back of the Priority Renewal Form.

Junior Membership, Full Club and Associate Memberships
Non-seated members, that is Junior, Full Club and Associate Members should also have received their Membership Renewal information by now, but if you haven’t please call the Membership Services Team on 9433 7111 or email us at membership@fremantlefc.com.au

Country, Interstate and Victorian Members
Once the fixture is released, Country, Interstate and Victorian Membership renewals will be sent. The 2009 Fixture is released on Friday 24 October.

New Membership
If you are not currently a Member but interested in becoming one for the 2009 season, you will need to apply by emailing us with your name, address and contact details to membership@fremantlefc.com.au or contact the Membership Services Team on 9433 7111. A New Membership Pack will be mailed to you in late November.

Seating
Due to the scarcity of seating, you will not be able to choose specific seating locations. You will simply nominate your preferred category of seating and seats will then be allocated in the ‘next best available’ order within each category. If you wish to sit in specific areas in order to be closer to friends please write this on the form or attach a letter to the application form outlining this.

Processing of Membership Forms
Membership forms will be processed in the following order

1.    Renewing Reserved Seat Members without changes to seating
2.    Renewing Reserved Seat Members requesting to change seats
3.    Renewing Non-Seated Members wishing to upgrade to Reserved Seat Membership
4.    New members wishing to secure a Reserved Seat

All membership forms are processed in the order in which they are received within the above categories.

Grand Final Upgrade
New for 2009 is “Make it a September to Remember”. This option allows members to obtain a Grand Final Upgrade on their membership to ensure that, should Fremantle qualify for the Grand Final, they will be able to obtain a ticket. The Grand Final Upgrade costs just $10 on top of the normal Reserve Seat or Full Cub Membership. This offer is strictly limited to only 4000 members.

•    $10 Grand Final Upgrade fee does not include the price of the Grand Final ticket or any associated ticketing fees.

Transferring of Memberships
Please be aware that club memberships are non transferable except through the renewal period. Once the membership has been paid for the coming season the club is unable to transfer memberships from one name into another. The only way a membership can be transferred is during the renewals period, when the holder of the membership signs the seat over to the new member and this must happen before the membership form is processed.
