Fremantle has added five players into the selection mix for Sunday’s match against Brisbane at the Gabba.

Hayden Ballantyne, Garrick Ibbotson, Nick Suban, Matt de Boer and Jack Hannath were all included in the 25-man squad that will be cut to 22 at 3pm (WST) on Friday afternoon.

Michael Barlow was out with a broken thumb, while Nat Fyfe will miss through suspension.

Fyfe was challenging his ban through the AFL Appeals Board on Thursday evening.

Ballantyne was declared a certain starter by senior coach Ross Lyon after he missed last week’s match against Hawthorn with a hamstring injury.
