This was Shane’s second year at Subiaco, which culminated in him playing in his second WAFL premiership. He also won the Bernie Naylor Medal for most goals in the WAFL with 54. Shane played one season in the Peel Football League in 2013 before joining Subiaco for the past two seasons. He is currently working as a trade assistant for a plumbing business. Shane’s size, speed, agility and ability overhead make him an incredibly hard match up for opposition defenders. His marking improved significantly this year and he became a really serious threat in the air. Shane kicked 4.2 in a single quarter against Peel in the WAFL. He reads the game well and with his speed and smarts is a dangerous lead up target but can also attack out the back.
