Newly re-signed ruckman Aaron Sandilands has backed Fremantle’s greatest player Matthew Pavlich to bounce back after a quiet game.
Pavlich had 11 disposals and scored just two behinds in Fremantle’s 27-point loss to Richmond at Domain Stadium on Friday night.

Michael Walters (3 goals) and Hayden Crozier (2 goals) were the only Freo players to kick multiple goals.
Sandilands said Pavlich, who has kicked 21 goals so far this year and has a career tally of 650, had been very consistent in 2015.
“He might have been a bit quieter on the weekend but he wasn’t the only one,” he said.
“He’ll be ready to bounce back against the Gold Coast.”
Sandilands said he expected members and supporters to back the 323-gamer to return to form.
“Pav is a legend of this football and we hold him in high regard,” he said.
“Everyone should remember his last 300 odd games.”
