As the NAB AFL Trade Period wrapped up in a frantic fashion, new Freo signing Nathan Wilson was en route to Bali for some rest and relaxation.
The former Giant was traded to Fremantle for a future second round pick, with the deal also including a swap of fourth round draft picks.
As news of trade came through, Wilson was quick to thank his former club and express his excitement to play for Freo - the club he grew up supporting.

Freo fans can look forward to seeing Wilson's elite running ability until at least 2021 with the 24-year-old signing a four year deal with the club.
