It was Tim Timaepatue's Starlight Wish to meet the Hill brothers, but he got so much more.
Tim hails from the footy-obsessed Tiwi Islands, 80km north of Darwin. Some have described football as a Tiwi-religion, and the islands have produced more than their fare share of talent for its small population size - including Hawthorn's Cyril Rioli and Essendon great Michael Long.
After being picked up by Stephen and Bradley Hill in a limousine from Perth Airport on Thursday, Tim was a special guest at the club on Friday. He attended Freo's final training session, ate lunch with the players and then hung out with the team for the rest of the day.
Even through English isn't Tim's first language, there was no language barrier when it game to footy, as Tim's love of the game shone through.
Sunday clash with Geelong will be Freo's annual Starlight Purple Haze Game, proudly supported by Fremantle Ports, and Tim will toss the coin - the first for Nat Fyfe as captain.

Even after training was over, the Freo players made sure Tim was made to feel welcome. After taking a seat by himself at the team lunch, the Freo players got up to sit with him.
Once the players were done for the day, many stayed behind at the club to play a two hour game of basketball.
Tim will be one of three of Fremantle's Starlight Wish kids on Sunday, with the game raising money for seriously ill children and their families through the Starlight Children's Foundation.
Over 14 Starlight Purple Haze games, Fremantle players, stakeholders and fans have raised more than $1 million for the foundation.
In its 15th year, Freo players are continuing to pledge for some strong performances from their teammates - including $200 for a Nat Fyfe hanger from Lachie Weller, and $50 for every Michael Walters goal from Ed Langdon.
