@Fremantle_FC @ryanmcrowley #AskCrowls How do you prepare during the week before you play on the weekend?
When I find out who my opponent is, I do a lot of homework on them and watch a lot of tape of games where they have played well and games where they have played poorly and I come up with a plan.
crowleys sweatband@Crowleysweat

What's been your highlight of your entire footy career? P.S you've had an incredible season this year! It's our year :)
It would have to be playing one game for the club. You wait your whole life for the chance to play one game and being given that opportunity was a life changing experience.
Comment From Aaron
What do you do the night before a game?
I'm a really nervous person so I try not to think about the game too much. I'll watch a movie, I try not to watch football as it will make me nervous. I always have pasta the night before a game.
Comment From sarah
Hey Ryan, congratulations on a personal stellar season. You must be proud of your achievements but also as a team the improvement has been outstanding over past 2 years. What do you see as the main change to have facilitated this success? Good luck for the weekend too.
Thanks Sarah. I feel like I became more professional in all aspects in my life. I was always pretty good with my preparation but I stepped it up and I'm glad I did.
