Fremantle looked fresh on the training track on Wednesday despite a six-day break this week.

Luke McPharlin, Jon GriffinMichael Walters and Aaron Sandilands were kept on light duties, completing running exercises away from the main group.

Lee Spurr had strapping on his lower leg as he jogged laps slowly away from the main group.

Earlier this morning, senior coach Ross Lyon said he would give Spurr right up until game time to prove his fitness.
