Fremantle have finalised their team for Sunday's clash with Brisbane at Optus Stadium.

There are no late changes to the Fremantle lineup and forward/midfielder Brett Bewley will be the medical sub.

Bewley has played three games this season and this is the first time he has been named as a medical sub.

Brisbane have designated midfielder Thomas Berry as their medical sub.
