Defender Taylin Duman has come in for Griffin Logue, who has a minor calf strain.
Midfielder Connor Blakely has been designated as the medical sub.
This is the fifth time Blakely has been named as the medical sub this season.
Port Adelaide have designated defender Miles Bergman as their medical sub.
