Connor Blakely
Connor played inside mid. He gave Peel some good grunt inside and was creative with his ball use at times. He also showed his leadership in what was a good performance.
Heath Chapman
Heath impressed down back. He provided some run out of the backline and used the ball well. He’s a strong competitor who won a lot of hard balls.
Travis Colyer
Travis played half forward and also up on the wing. He gave Peel some terrific run and was able to find a lot of space throughout the day. Unfortunately, he couldn’t convert the opportunities he created but he gave Peel some really good options for the ball carrier and he also showed his leadership on the day.
Taylin Duman
Taylin played in the backline, mainly on Perth’s taller forwards. He was strong one-on-one in the contest and structured up well. He played his role to a tee and was a good contributor on the day.
Stefan Giro
Stefan played on the wing and gave Peel terrific run all day. His two-way running supported the backs and also pressed in and stopped Perth’s outlets. He used the ball well across the ground in a positive performance.
Liam Henry
Liam played in the forward line and showed some glimpses of his talent and worked hard to get forward of the ball. Defensively, he applied good pressure and we were pleased with his overall performance.

Sam Switkowski
Sam was very good on the day. He played forward and took a nice overhead mark and was able to kick a goal early. His defensive pressure and his ability to break through traffic is a really strong facet of his game.
Leno Thomas
Leno played on the smalls in the backline. He competed strongly, gave us some really good rebound with his ball use and he built on his form from last week.
Josh Treacy
Josh played forward and also through the ruck. He kicked two goals and gave Peel a contest. He put in good effort and was diligent to his role. He’s still a very young player who’s learning his craft and this was a step forward.
Darcy Tucker
Unfortunately, Darcy was injured in the first five minutes of the game and we hope to have him back up and going soon.
Joel Western
Joel played high half forward and showed glimpses of his speed and ability to break the line. He used the ball well and is a young player who will continue to develop his craft.
Nathan Wilson
Nathan played half back for the full game and ran it out well. He’s building up to his best and took a really strong step in the right direction. He gave Peel some bounce out of the backline, defended well on his man and was a good contributor.
Luke Valente
Luke played inside mid and showed his class on both sides of his body. Luke had a really strong season last year in the scrimmage games and has continued on with his development. Hopefully, this creates some opportunities for himself throughout the year.
