Freo kicks off the 2013 season with a triangular round robin fixture against West Coast and Geelong at Patersons Stadium on Saturday 16 February (first match begins at 4.45pm WST).
The club then flies to Melbourne to face Carlton at Etihad Stadium on Saturday night 2 March (7.40pm EST), before rounding off the preliminary NAB Cup fixtures with a game against the Western Bulldogs in Northam on Saturday 9 March (3.30pm WST).

The AFL will again be running a promotion for children under 15 to obtain a free budget (round 1 only) ticket or general admission (round 2 and 3) ticket to the NAB Cup match of their choice.
To claim the free ticket, customers will be required to log on, phone or visit Ticketmaster.

Terms & Conditions for Juniors Go Free promotion
• Applicants under 15 years old must have parental/guardian approval to apply and further, the parent/guardian of the applicant must read and consent to all terms and conditions.
• Children must be under the age of 15 as at 1/1/13 to utilise the complimentary ticket.
• A maximum of six (6) complimentary junior tickets can be obtained per match, per transaction. Sales records will be monitored and any tickets obtained in excess of this limit shall be voided.
• This offer is available on a first in basis for advance sales through Ticketek/Ticketmaster outlets, phones and internet unless the allocation of complimentary junior tickets is exhausted prior to tickets going off-sale via these channels. Payment will be required for any tickets obtained after this time - including all sales at the venue on match day (subject to availability.).
• Offer applies to matches played in Round 1, 2 or 3 of the 2013 NAB Cup.
• Complimentary ticket provides access to general admission area(s) only on a first in basis and entry is subject to ground capacity (value $2.50 per ticket).
