Important Information - 2013 Toyota AFL Grand Final Registration for Fremantle members is this Thursday (12 September)

As we have now secured our place in a preliminary final, Fremantle Dockers members are required to register their intent on Thursday 12 September to access Toyota AFL Grand Final tickets should Fremantle qualify.

If you intend to go to the 2013 Toyota AFL Grand Final, should we qualify, you MUST register your intent during your allocated time this Thursday.

As a member of the Fremantle Dockers you should have received a letter in the post in the last two weeks outlining which priority purchasing period you are entitled to. Groups and times are as follows:

PRIORITY ONE – GUARANTEED ACCESS (with registration)
Financial Harbour Master Members and club members who have already purchased a 2013 Grand Final Upgrade.
Registration Time – 6.00am to 1.00pm WST

PRIORITY TWO – BALLOT FOR CLUB MEMBERS
All other eligible club members with ticketing rights who are not part of priority one.
Registration Time – 2.00pm to 7.00pm WST


HOW TO REGISTER

BOOKING GUIDE –INTERNET
1.       Visit www.ticketek.com.au and log into your My Ticketek account.  As the credit card holder you will need to ensure that you are a My Ticketek member to continue with the registration process.

2.       Click on the Fremantle Dockers AFL Grand Final Registration tile on the Ticketek homepage

3.       Select your Priority Group from the drop down menu on the right hand side of the page.

4.       Enter your member barcode(s) in the box provided and click ‘Apply Now’.  Each barcode registered will be charged a non-refundable $5.00 fee at the end of the registration process.

5.       The next page will prompt you to select your ticket preference.  You will have the choice of the following two options:
Option 1.     I will accept the next best available ticket – including standing room
Option 2.     I will accept the next best available reserved seat – no standing room

6.       To register each member for a Grand Final ticket select ‘1’ from the drop down list next to each ballot price type.  REPEAT THIS FOR EACH BARCODE THAT YOU HAVE ENTERED. Select the listed delivery method and proceed to the payment screen.

7.       The next page will confirm your request.  Please read these details carefully and review all information before proceeding.  Read the terms and conditions and check the box stating that you agree.  Submit payment.

8.       Once the registration is complete and your credit card has been authorised, you will be transferred to the confirmation page and sent an email confirming your registration and your Ticketek Account Number.  Keep this and the membership barcodes supplied as reference of your registration.

BOOKING GUIDE –PHONE
1.        Phone Ticketek on 1300 796 939.  Ensure you have all member barcodes and your credit card ready.

2.       The operator will ask you to read out each barcode one by one.  Each barcode will be charged a non-refundable $5.00 fee at the end of the registration process.

3.       Once the barcodes have been recorded the operator will ask you for your ticket preference.  You will have the choice of the following two options:
Option 1.     I will accept the next best available ticket – including standing room
Option 2.     I will accept the next best available reserved seat – no standing room

4.       The operator will record and confirm your personal details including your credit card details.  All registration details will be confirmed back to you before the registration is processed.

5.       The operator will provide your Ticketek Account Number.  Keep this and the membership barcodes supplied as reference of your registration.

Your credit card will be charged on either September 21 or September 22 (after the Preliminary Final on September 21).  Please ensure that you have enough funds for all tickets on your nominated credit card.
