Tony Crook will have an exclusive behind the scenes experience before the round 17 Greater Western Sydney game on Sunday 13 July at Patersons Stadium.
He was the winner of the Inner Sanctum experience after entering the members’ only early bird prize for the 2014 Community Goals Raffle by purchasing a ticket before Monday 23 June, 2014.
Tony is an inaugural country member who lives in Kalgoorlie and will travel 600kms to attend the game.
“It’s a long haul from Kalgoorlie, so we don’t make it to many games, but I’ll definitely be at this one,” Tony said.
As an Inner Sanctum guest, Tony will enjoy a two-course, sit-down meal with guest speakers, before heading down to the change rooms to catch all the pre-game action.
He will watch the players’ warm up and hear a number of insights into the team’s preparation and planning from a member of the football department.
He’ll then head to his seats in a VIP corporate box.
“I have always been interested in sport at a high level, I love my sport, I love my footy,” he said.
“We followed Freo from day one, I always said if Fremantle put a team in the AFL I was going to join them.
“The game is so fast and professional these days, to have a look and see what goes on before the match will be interesting.”
The Inner Sanctum experience is for two people, so Tony will have to make a tough decision about who he will take with him.
“I’m not sure yet, either my daughter or my wife will come with me,” he sad.
“All I know is that I’m going, they will have to fight over the other spot.”
The first prize in this year’s Community Goals Raffle is a huge $25,000 CASH!
Second prize is a Hyundai i20 thanks to DVG.
Each person who purchases an entire book of raffle tickets will go in the draw to win a 2015 AFL Toyota Grand Final package for two including flights, accommodation, access to the pre-match function and bronze level reserved seating valued at $4995.
The 2014 Community Goals Raffle closes Monday 25 August and will be drawn at 10am WST on Monday 1 September.
