Peel defeated Perth by 21 points on Saturday at Rushton Park.
Senior development coach Marc Webb runs through how the six Freo listed players fared.
Tommy Sheridan
Tommy played on the ball for the whole game. He was strong inside the contest with five clearances and was able to push forward and kick two goals in a strong return from injury
Taylin Duman
Taylin played at half-back on some taller and smaller Perth players. He was strong in the air and really good with some of his roll-off marking with six marks. Taylin ended up with 21 possessions in what was also a solid return from injury.
Ryan Nyhuis
Played on one of Perth’s key smalls in Cody Ninyette. Ryan kept Ninyette out of the game for the majority of the contest and was really strong with his roll off and support as well. He was clean with the ball in hand, finishing with 18 possessions.
Harley Bennell
Harley continues to build his game time on return from injury. Again, he showed some glimpses of his talent, playing higher as a forward this weekend and ended up kicking 2.2 with his 14 possessions.
Luke Strnadica
Had 51 hitouts as our main ruckman for the day. He was really solid around the contest in the ball ups and was really good with his follow up work.
Zac Dawson
Played forward for the majority of the game and also in the ruck as our second ruckman. He was really strong with his hit around the contest and his leadup, taking two really strong contested marks.
