A number of Freo players put their hand up for selection consideration after solid performances in Peel Thunder's 77-point win against Perth Demons on Saturday.

These are some of the players whose performances have put them in the mix for a round seven appearance against the Giants on Saturday night.

Clancee Pearce
Pearce returned from a hamstring injury with a strong performance against Perth Demons on Saturday. The midfielder finished with 30 disposals, and was a constant threat on the attack, finishing with a team high six inside 50s on the day.

Jack Hannath
Hannath played one of his most complete games of the season for Peel Thunder. The 201cm big man had a dominant display in the ruck, which was reflected by his 42 hit outs against the Demons. Hannath also found of the ball around the ground, gathering 14 disposals and nine marks.

Ethan Hughes
The athletic young utility continues his solid form in the WAFL with another game of more than 20 disposals since returning from a hamstring injury. Hughes continued to display his ability to read the play as well as impact the game with his pressuring. He finished with 10 marks and six tackles against Perth on Saturday.

Tanner Smith
Smith continued his good form in Peel’s 77-point win over Perth. The key forward had 25 disposals and was busy in the marking contests, taking 12 marks for the second week in a row. Smith complemented his strong presence by kicking a goal as well.

Matt de Boer
The rugged midfielder was his reliable self against the Demons, finishing with 24 disposals and laying a team-high 10 tackles. De Boer also proved to be an attacking presence, pushing the ball inside 50 on three occasions and kicking two goals as well.

Ed Langdon
Langdon continued his solid form at the WAFL level, gathering 25 touches to follow up last week’s 29-disposal effort against Claremont.

Shane Yarran
Despite missing time due to a knee injury sustained in late 2015, the mature age recruit started right where he left off, in his first game back on Saturday. Yarran finished 2015 as the WAFL’s highest goal scorer with 54, and kicked three goals for Peel Thunder on Saturday.
