Ryan Nyhuis
Another consistent performance across the half-back line with 25 kicks, 30 possessions and six hard ball gets. Ryan worked well off his opponent and spoiled and defended well.
Taylin Duman
Taylin played across the half-back line. He was opposed to one of Claremont’s key players in Ian Richardson in a solid battle. He also had a fair bit of the ball with 18 possessions, taking six marks and was important towards the end of the game with a key spoil in the final seconds.
Garrick Ibbotson
Played on the wing, Garrick was strong in his wing role, picking up 19 disposals and laying eight tackles.
Sam Collins
Played in the backline and was really strong with his roll off with 11 marks, providing good coverage and pressure with four tackles.
Zac Dawson
Played in the back line this week and controlled the defence well. He took two really important contested marks and all up had seven marks for the game. Zac was clean and composed with the ball and contended well.
Jon Griffin
Played in the ruck and went forward at times. Jon had 16 possessions and 31 hitouts in a tough battle against Mitch Andrews. He ended up with three clearances as well.
Matt Taberner
Played forward for the majority of the game kicking a goal and also went into the ruck at times. Matt worked hard around the ground and presented well at the ball carrier on a tough day for tall forwards.
Cam Sutcliffe
Played on ball for the majority of the game. He was strong around the contest and had seven hard ball gets and five clearances. Cam was telling late in the game with an important goal from a forward 50 stoppage. He ran and competed well.
Shane Kersten
Played forward for the game, kicking 2.1 from limited opportunities. He presented well at the ball carrier and laid some important tackles.
Luke Strnadica
Played forward and in the ruck, had 13 hitouts and also played deep forward and was competitive in the ruck.
