As part of Freo Skills 4 Schools, the Freo Fast Ball, Freo Kwik Kick and Freo Long Bomb competitions more than 500 participants are expected to descend upon Fremantle Oval as representatives from their schools in a bid to win their way through to the upcoming Grand Final on Sunday 2 August.

These fun competitions will involve students being active in the following ways:
Freo Fast Ball: Students participate in a team handballing relay
Freo Kwik Kick: Students participate, in pairs, kicking a football to each other as many times as they can in three minutes
Freo Long Bomb: Students participate in kicking a football as far as they can
 
With the forecast of showers for Friday afternoon we encourage participants to please bring a change of clothes as the event will continue under most conditions.
 
State Semi Final winners will qualify for Grand Final to be held at Domain Stadium as the Curtain Raiser to the Fremantle Dockers v GWS game on Sunday 2 August.
