Fremantle have made two changes to their final 21 that will face Adelaide in the Semi-Final clash at Norwood Oval on Saturday, headlined by the inclusion of Ash Brazill and Ariana Hetherington.

Brazill and Hetherington have been named on the interchange bench and replace Jo Cregg (omitted) and Amy Mulholland, who sustained a concussion during last week’s Elimination Final win against Essendon.

It will be the first appearance since week 9 for both Brazill and Hetherington, with Brazill managing an ankle injury, and Hetherington had been omitted from the side.

Inaugural Freo Docker Gabby O’Sullivan will play her 75th AFLW match for Fremantle during the clash, named in the half back line alongside Madeleine Scanlon and Joe Flynn.

Part of Fremantle’s AFLW squad since its inception in 2017, O’Sullivan and Ebony Antonio spoke to media on Thursday morning ahead of the do-or-die clash.

Antonio touched on how proud she was of O’Sullivan for reaching the 75-game milestone, and said the side will come out firing on Saturday.

“It’s been a few years since we’ve been here (in finals) and the girls are really excited and raring to go,” Antonio said.

“We love her (O’Sullivan) dearly and what she’s been able to achieve throughout her first 75 games is fantastic.

“Not only is she a great footballer but she’s also one of my best mates. It’s nice to play footy with Gabs because she wears her heart on her sleeve.”

O’Sullivan joked Fremantle will be looking to continue their win record at Norwood Oval, with the side having won one match there in 2021.

“We played them (Adelaide) in week 3 but our belief has just grown throughout the season, Like Epps (Antonio) said we owe them one and we are looking forward to that redemption,” O’Sullivan said.

“We really like Norwood Oval and are looking to go two from two there.”

Midfielder Hayley Miller will captain the side in the absence of Ange Stannett, who continues to manage her coaching role from the bench.

Jo Cregg, Tahleah Mulder and Holly Ifould are listed as the three emergencies for the match.

Bounce down is at 12.35pm WST, and will be broadcasted on Channel 7 and Fox Footy, as well as being streamed live on Kayo Sports.
