Matthew Pavlich has been named in respected journalist Mike Sheahan’s Team of the 2000s.
Pavlich is the only Fremantle player to make the list and was named on the interchange in a star-studded side.
The club captain and six-time Doig Medallist has played 329 games for 659 goals.
He has been selected in the All Australian team six times and inducted as an AFL Life Member in 2013.
Brisbane legends Michael Voss and Leigh Matthews were named as captain and coach.
