Fremantle midfielder Nat Fyfe will miss the last two weeks of the home and away season after suffering an injury to his left leg.
Fyfe has been diagnosed with inflammation in his fibula, a condition known as periostitis.
General manager of football operations Chris Bond confirmed that Fyfe would miss Sunday’s game against Melbourne at Domain Stadium and the last game of the 2015 home and away season against Port Adelaide at Adelaide Oval on Saturday week.
“Our medical advice is that Nat should be available for selection after a two-week break,” Bond said.
