Due to the forecast of thunderstorms this afternoon (Friday 8 July) the Fremantle Football Club has postponed today’s Semi Finals of the Freo Footy Skills Competitions at Fremantle Oval.

The decision was made in consultation between the club and the WA Football Commission amid concerns over participant safety.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Fremantle Dockers staff will reschedule the date for the semi-finals to occur.

Once a new date has been confirmed this information will be provided directly to participating schools as well as via the club website.

The State grand finals of Freo Footy Skills are still scheduled to take place as a curtain raiser to the Fremantle v Adelaide game at Domain Stadium on Sunday 14 August.

Once again, we apologise to all participants and their families for any inconvenience.
