Fremantle has made one change to their TABtouch 22 ahead of Saturday night’s Carlton Draught Derby against West Coast at Domain Stadium.

Young midfielder Harley Balic comes into the side to replace Stephen Hill, who is expected to miss the next three to four weeks with a hamstring injury. 

Balic makes his return after a week on the sidelines due to a hip flexor injury, with his replacement Darcy Tucker retaining his spot after picking up 17 touches against the Kangaroos.

Matt Taberner, Jon Griffin and Nick Suban have been named as Fremantle’s emergencies.

Meanwhile West Coast has made three changes to the line-up that lost to Hawthorn by 50 points at the MCG on Sunday.

There has been mixed news on the injury front for West Coast. Brownlow medallist Sam Mitchell returns after a week out of the side through injury, while forward Jamie Cripps is out with an ankle injury.

Jackson Nelson (wrist) and Will Schofield (omitted) are the Eagles other outs while Jonathan Giles and debutant Kurt Mutimer are in.

Lewis Jetta, Will Schofield and Mark Hutchings have been listed as the Eagles’ emergencies.

The 45^th meeting between Fremantle and West Coast will have extra meaning to two of Fremantle’s favourite sons, with Aaron Sandilands playing his 250^th game and Michael Walters his 100^th.
