Every day we will bring you the wrap of the day’s trades from around the league.
The trade period officially opened this morning and only one trade has been confirmed, with Richmond’s Ty Vickery joining Hawthorn on a two year deal.
As he is restricted free agent, Richmond had the opportunity to match the offer from Hawthorn, but declined, allowing Vickery to move.
In compensation, Richmond received a second round pick which, based on current draft order, is pick 26.
Fremantle haven’t completed any trades at this stage and, after compensation picks to Brisbane and Richmond, hold picks three, 41 (instead of 39), 59, 77 and 95.
