Brennan Cox will debut while Sam Collins will play his first game of 2017 when Freo take on Brisbane at the Gabba on Saturday.
Tommy Sheridan also comes into the side to replace the injured Ed Langdon.
Taken with pick no.41 in the 2016 National Draft, Cox is a versatile forward/defender who has played eight WAFL games for Peel.
Cox’s best performance came in round nine against Perth, where he raked in 17 marks in a 29-disposal effort.
Collins has featured as a key defender in 10 WAFL games in 2017, averaging 7.7 marks per game.
The game will be Collins’ 13th in the AFL.
Sheridan will play his fifth game in the AFL this season, where he has averaged 16 disposals and four marks.
Sheridan featured strongly for Peel last week against Subiaco, picking up 29-disposals and taking 11 marks at half back.
Matt Taberner and Ethan Hughes (omitted) join Ed Langdon as Fremantle’s outs.
Ryan Nyhuis, Sean Darcy and Nick Suban have been named as Fremantle’s emergencies.
Nyhuis has been elevated onto the senior list from the rookie list with Michael Apeness being transferred from the senior list to the long-term injury list.
Meanwhile Brisbane has made two changes to their 22, with Tom Rockliff and Ryan Harwood coming in for the omitted Matthew Hammelmann and Ben Keays.
