#AFLCrowsFreo was dominated by effort and desperation in one of the tightest contests you’ll ever see! In I game with such high intensity I’ve gained so much appreciation for the players and how hard they went at it, here are some of these moments: pic.twitter.com/q9mWlBSLbU

How good was this tackle from Ed Langdon! I love how Ellis-Yolman escaped the pressure and Ed kept going to enforce the tackle, in a contest so hot it’s a positive that Freo won the tackle count by seven.
Andrew Brayshaw had a really good game on Sunday, with 21 disposals and 31 pressure acts! His pressure didn’t waiver all game and his effort was immense.
Games like this truly cement your appreciation for the hard work defenders do. I cannot put into words how good Alex Pearce was on Sunday, his body work and positioning against Walker was elite and his follow up work so important.
This was so courageous by David Mundy! It’s incredible that at 300 games he is extremely close to being in career best form. His on field leadership is obvious to everyone and the way he withstood the heat in this contest is a good example of it.
This was an entertaining moment, I enjoyed watching how Reece Conca was completely unfazed by the attempted fend off then went on to nail the tackle.
Bradley Hill's intuition is so clever and this knock on could not have been executed better! With opportunities so rare, movement like this was so crucial in trying to create them.
Couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this kick from Adam Cerra with how far it went and how perfectly it was executed! All class.
Jesse Hogan has so much X-Factor. His ability to execute what is needed in a contest like this is amazing, as is his awareness and footwork.
Ryan Nyhuis getting the better of Betts in all but one contest is incredible, his attack on the ball and the way he backed himself to beat him by getting the ball ahead of him was great to see.
This body work! Super positive signs when a second year player backs himself to be the strongest in the contest against much bigger guy like Ellis-Yolman.
This was an incredible tackle at a really important time that was executed perfectly! Luke Ryan was incredible on Sunday, he worked so hard. 34 disposals at 88 per cent efficiency is insane.
Another display of an elite defensive effort by Nyhuis! I hope his confidence keeps going on the upward trajectory it currently is. He is becoming so important to the side with his attacking and ball use becoming as good as his defensive work.
This clearance was amazing from Brayshaw, he outsmarted a much more experienced opponent, stepping up at a crucial time! He shows flashes of brilliance this kid, so exciting.
Here’s some more Alex Pearce love and I'm not sorry. Walker was in form before facing Pearce, his ability to completely nullify the influence of a key forward is one of the greatest things you’ll ever see.
It wouldn’t be a complete thread without a gif of AP taking the game on! Though this loss was tough to swallow I'm so proud! The players worked hard in a high pressure finals-like game, and though they didn’t win this time they’ll take so much resilience from it.
