The club’s training session may have been this morning but Ross Lyon and Paul Duffield spent a little extra time on Fremantle Oval this afternoon, having an icy encounter.

The duo took part in the ‘Ice Bucket Challenge’ in support of the Motor Neurone Disease Association of WA.

Duffield, whose close friend’s father passed away from MND was nominated by Fionnuala Franey from MNDAWA.

Duffield then went on to nominate Ross Lyon.

Lyon’s mother passed away from the disease in 2004.

After completing the challenge, Lyon nominated close friend and owner of the Union Hotel Club in Fitzroy, Glen Perriam.
