West Perth ran out 11-point winners, 16.8 (104) to Peel's 14.9 (93).
Peel were led by key forward duo Josh Treacy and Jye Amiss. Both were perfect in front of goal with Treacy kicking 4.0 and Amiss 5.0.
First year player Neil Erasmus had a day out in the midfield with 34 disposals, 11 marks, seven tackles and nine inside 50s.
