Hard running midfielder Jordan Clark is officially a Fremantle Docker after Freo finalised a trade with Geelong on the final day of the Continental Tyres AFL Trade Period.
The 20-year-old and Geelong’s future fourth round selection will head to Freo in exchange for pick no.22 and a future third round selection going to Geelong.
The future third round pick is tied to Carlton which was initially traded to Fremantle as a part of the Adam Cerra trade.
The addition of Clark ticks off one of Fremantle’s off-season goals to add more pace to their midfield ranks, with Clark known for his strong outside run and potential to provide rebound off half back.

The West Australian was highly-rated going into his draft year and was selected at no.15 by Geelong in 2018. He played 18 games in his debut season in 2019 but has since struggled for opportunity at the Cats.
He played 11 games in 2021, including seven full games, one game where he came on as a medical sub and three games as an unused medical sub.
His season was highlighted by his match-winning goal against Hawthorn in round three, where he worked with his teammates to run the length of the ground and drive the ball home from the goal square.

Executive General Manager of Football Peter Bell said the Club was thrilled to bring Clark into the fold.
“Jordan is a player that we have always rated highly. He possesses great speed and strong run and we feel that this will be a valuable addition to our defence or to our wings,” Bell said.
“Jordan is a strong character and at 20 years of age we feel that he fits perfectly with the list management direction of the club”
The trade is Fremantle’s fourth deal of the 2021 Continental Tyres AFL Trade Period, alongside the Will Brodie trade with Gold Coast, the Adam Cerra trade with Carlton and a pick swap with Collingwood.
Fremantle head into the 2021 NAB AFL Draft with a strong hand of 6, 8, 19, 61 and 69 after starting the trade period holding picks 8 and 27.
The two-day draft commences with Round One on Wednesday 24 November.
