Fremantle have finalised their starting 22 for Sunday's RAC Derby clash against West Coast at Optus Stadium.

There are no late changes to the lineup and forward/midfielder Brett Bewley will be the medical sub.

This is the second consecutive week Bewley has been named as the medical sub after coming on for the final quarter in round 21 against Brisbane.

West Coast have also not made any late changes and forward Zac Langdon will be their medical sub.
