Fremantle star David Mundy has polled top votes yet again in the AFLCA Player of the Year award for round 15.

Mundy was one of five Fremantle players who polled votes in the clash with Collingwood at Marvel Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Mundy put together another prolific performance for Freo, collecting the most disposals on the team with his 28 touches, 12 of which were contested.

The 346-gamer continued his dominant season in the midfield with four clearances, six tackles, six score involvements and an equal game-high 10 ground ball gets as he helped set up Fremantle’s attack from the centre circle.

It is the fifth time this season Mundy has polled either nine or 10 votes.

As highlighted by @sirswampthing on Twitter, the Fremantle veteran also becomes the 20th player to poll 500 career votes, the third in Fremantle's history behind Nat Fyfe (622) and Matthew Pavlich (560).

Rory Lobb earned himself four votes for his three goals up forward, providing a tall target for Fremantle and stepping up in the absence of Matt Taberner after he left the field due to injury in the second term.

Lobb took eight marks (four of which were contested) for the day and finished with a game-high nine score involvements.

James Aish polled three votes for his strong performance against his old side, picking up 21 disposals at 85 per cent efficiency across half back.

Sean Darcy and Andrew Brayshaw polled one vote each for their efforts as the young guns both continued their breakout seasons.
