Matt Taberner in action at training on Thursday.

Matt Taberner and Griffin Logue are on track to make their returns when Fremantle take on the Western Bulldogs on Sunday at Optus Stadium.

Both Taberner and Logue have been named on the field with Taberner at full forward and Logue at full back.

Opposition: Bulldogs to make at least two changes

The pair are joined by Reece Conca and Joel Western as Fremantle’s potential ins in the extended squad.

Conca last played for Fremantle in round nine against Essendon while Western is pushing for a debut.

Connor Blakely, the medical sub in round 11 against Port Adelaide, also remains in the squad.

Sam Switkowski (hamstring) is the only out at this stage.

Bouncedown for the Sunday evening clash, which is played the day before the WA Day public holiday, is at 4.40pm.

Fremantle will wear their purple home 2021 Indigenous jumper for the game, which was designed by past player Des Headland, AFLW player Mikayla Morrison and artist Kevin Bynder.
