Who am I hints

I played more than 150 games for a Victorian club before joining Fremantle for the 2007 season. I played in a Premiership in 2000 in just my third year in the AFL. I was Fremantle’s leading tackler in 2007 and came equal fourth in the Doig Medal. When I am not playing football I like to go surfing. Who am I?
