Pavlich set for another games record
This Saturday, Matthew Pavlich joins Glen Jakovich on the most games played by a WA-based AFL player
On Saturday, the Matthew Pavlich milestone tour will pay another visit to Patersons Stadium when the skipper joins West Coast legend Glen Jakovich on 276 games as the most by a Freo Docker or Eagle.
Pavlich is due to break the record a week later when Freo plays North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium.
It’s another magnificent achievement by a man who is steamrolling towards an incredible seventh Doig Medal and All-Australian jumper, and is leading the race to win the 2012 Coleman Medal with just three rounds to go.
Congratulations Matthew Pavlich, the greatest player in the history of the Fremantle Football Club who now walks among the greatest players to have ever represented this state in the national competition.

Freo fans heading to the game can celebrate ‘Pav’s’ record by helping Fremantle break another record - the world record for 'Most simultaneous high-fives'.
We are going to honour our great skipper at quarter-time of the Fremantle v Richmond match at Patersons Stadium this Saturday by joining together and high-fiving one another in recognition of his marvellous feats.
