Fremantle assistant, Brett Kirk believes Ross Lyon is ‘one of the best in the business’ when it comes to coaching.
Speaking on Channel 7’s Game Day program on Sunday, Kirk says he’s enjoying his apprenticeship under the Fremantle coach.
“Ross is great to work under. I’m learning a lot,” he said.
“The thing about Ross is he has the ability to make complex into simple and sees the game really well.
“So that’s what I’m learning at the moment.”
Kirk was undecided when asked whether he’ll step into a senior coaching role come the end of his ‘apprenticeship.’
“I haven’t decided 100 percent, intent on that’s where it’s going,” he said.
“I’m still enjoying the challenge at the moment.”
