Highlight – Mundy was on another level in round 9 against Melbourne, giving the Demons a midfield lesson. He was particularly damaging in the first half, gathering 20 possessions.
Summary – A brilliant performance from Freo’s midfield maestro in 2014. He was consistent throughout the season and a major reason behind the club’s rise to a Grand Final appearance.

Qualifying Final – 18 disposals, 8 tackles
Preliminary Final – 29 disposals, 3 marks
Grand Final – 28 disposals, 8 tackles
Summary – One of the club’s best performers in September, his Grand Final effort was simply sensational. Mundy willed Freo back into the contest in the third quarter and finished third in the Norm Smith Medal voting.
Outlook: A critical component of Fremantle’s midfield, Mundy is at the height of his powers. Expect another big year in 2014.
