Fremantle’s Danyle Pearce is sending the ball inside 50 more than any other player in the AFL.
Pearce has flown largely under the radar this season with much of the opposition and media focus on players like Nat Fyfe, Stephen Hill and Aaron Sandilands.
However, Pearce has been compiling some impressive numbers.
He has recorded 50 inside-50s, the most of any player in the league and is averaging 6.3 per game.
Pearce is averaging 23 disposals per game this season, with a season high of 28 touches against Port Adelaide in Round 1.
That is the highest average disposal count he has recorded, this far into a season, since coming to Fremantle from Port Adelaide at the end of 2012.
Freo's next challenge will be against Adelaide on Saturday 30 May at Adelaide Oval, in the AFL's Indigenous Round.
Bounce down is at 7.10pm local time.
