Fremantle enjoyed another day in the sun at Wednesday morning’s pre-season training session with forward Michael Walters full of encouragement on the track.
Walters was smooth with his disposal efficiency during a tight four-on-two drill alongside Chris Mayne and Lachie Weller, and led by example when kicking forward.
Transition plays were on the agenda as ruckman Aaron Sandilands continued his impressive return to training with consistent running and pinpoint accuracy.
Captain Matthew Pavlich and forward Matthew Taberner held strong marks during an inside 50 drill with both slotting goals from around the ground.
Hayden Ballantyne was one of many players running laps and showed no signs of slowing down despite the increasing temperature.
Anthony Morabito also looked in great shape with quick hands and fluid movements.
