Fremantle put in an improved AFL Fantasy performance against St Kilda on Sunday, in perfect conditions at Etihad Stadium.
After battling with the elements in Round 9, Ross Lyon’s side used the ball with greater efficiency around the ground, posting higher totals in both disposals and marks.
Prolific onballer Lachie Neale, who leads the AFL for possessions in 2016, continued his consistent year with a team-high score of 104 while returning midfielder Michael Barlow posted a respectable 88.
Barlow’s WAFL form had been irresistible with scores of 146 and 187 in his two matches for the Thunder, so Fantasy coaches can expect his returns to build if he holds his place in the senior side.
Connor Blakely’s 10,000-plus owners would also be pleased, with the hard-edged youngster adding another $40k to his value, on top of a steep price increase last week.
