Reigning WAWFL premiers Swan Districts have gone back-to-back, defeating the Coastal Titans by 29-points on Sunday at Leederville Oval.
The Swans came into this years grand final sitting in second place on the ladder facing the minor premiers in the Titans.
Swans Captain, Kara Donnellan had a stand out performance and was awarded best on ground for her efforts.
The Titans got off to a promising start, kicking the first goal on the day at the four-minute mark, before Swans player, Emily McGuire returned to snap a clever goal.
The Swans led by ten-points heading into the second term and continued to increase the margin with forward, Rhonda Williams kicking two of her own for the quarter.
Swan Districts increased the pressure in the third, scoring two unanswered goals, holding the Titans goalless in for the quarter.
The Titans gave one last attempt, scoring the only two-points of the final term as the Swans managed to hold on and claim their fourth premiership during the past five years.
Freo listed Swan Districts player Kelly Gibson said it meant a lot to be a part of the Swans, with the club also taking out the reserves and colts grand finals on the day.
“Yeah the ‘swannies’ girls mean so much to me and what better way finish it than three from three,” Gibson said.
“There's a pathway which is getting stronger and stronger here in WA and all across Australia and it’s exciting and I can’t wait for the future.
“I came back from Adelaide to play with these girls because they mean so much to me, this is my home and I have been here for eight seasons and Nicole Graves is pretty much my second mum and I love these girls and it means so much to me.”
