Fremantle defender Ebony Antonio has accepted a one-game suspension handed down by the AFLW Match Review Panel.
Antonio was charged with engaging in rough conduct against the Western Bulldogs' Jess Gardner during the fourth quarter of their Round 1 match, played at VU Whitten Oval on Saturday.
The early plea reduced Antonio's penalty to a one-match sanction. As a result the 25-year-old will miss Sunday’s round two clash against Brisbane at Fremantle Oval, which is Fremantle’s first home game in the NAB AFL Women’s competition.
