Fremantle has made two late changes to its RAC Derby 60 side, with Jaeger O'Meara (illness) and Corey Wagner (injured) both sidelined.

Karl Worner, who was previously named as an emergency, comes into the starting lineup, while James Aish moves from the emergency list to the starting tactical substitute.
