Fremantle take on West Coast in the 46th Carlton Draught Derby on Sunday at Domain Stadium.
Here’s who could come into the side for the clash.
David Mundy
A late withdrawal with illness against North Melbourne, Mundy seems likely to come back in after getting through training on Wednesday.
The question surrounding Mundy’s likely inclusion is around where he will play. The midfielder was due to feature in Freo’s forward line until his withdrawal, replaced by Ryan Nyhuis, who excelled with four goals on debut.
Lee Spurr
A late withdrawal on Friday from Freo’s squad for the North Melbourne clash, Spurr was on light duties at training on Wednesday as he continues to recover from a calf injury.
The defender had played every game leading into last week’s clash and was coming off one of his strongest showings of the year against St Kilda in round 15. Spurr collected 23 disposals at 87 per cent efficiency while taking nine marks and laying six tackles.
Matt Taberner
Kicking six goals for Peel against West Perth in round 16, Taberner has put his hand up once again to fill a key forward role at Fremantle. Taberner has kicked nine goals during the past three games for Peel since being omitted after Fremantle’s loss to Collingwood in round 11. During five AFL games in 2017, Taberner has kicked eight goals, including his four against Essendon in round seven.
Josh Deluca
After injuring his ankle on debut against Geelong in round 14, Deluca made his return for Peel, picking up 20 disposals and delivering five inside 50s against West Perth.
Ed Langdon
Langdon picked up 14 disposals and kicked two goals in his first Peel appearance of 2017 as he looks to make a return to AFL footy from a knee injury.
Langdon has averaged 17.9 disposals and kicked five goals during 10 AFL games this season.
Sam Collins
The key back racked up some of his best numbers for Peel in his 13th WAFL game of 2017, with 25 disposals and 12 marks against West Perth.
While Joel Hamling is expected to front up for West Coast despite hurting his hip against North Melbourne, Collins waiting in the wings if Hamling is not named.
