Fremantle have named six players who are in line for inclusion for Sunday’s clash against Carlton at Optus Stadium.
Cam McCarthy, Adam Cerra, Lachie Schultz, Bailey Banfield, Travis Colyer and Scott Jones have all been brought into Fremantle’s extended squad.
There are only two omissions at this stage in the injured Jesse Hogan (foot) and Stephen Hill (hamstring).
In his media conference on Wednesday, senior coach Ross Lyon said that McCarthy was ‘more than likely’ to return to the Fremantle line-up as a tall forward replacement for Hogan.
McCarthy has kicked 4.3 in the past fortnight in the WAFL and kicked 10 goals form six appearances in 2019.
Cerra is also in line to return after his omission in round 13 due to illness.
The versatile young midfielder has played 11 games this season, averaging 15.5 disposals.

A travelling emergency in round 14, Colyer has played eight AFL games this season averaging 15 disposals.
The running midfielder has shown some recent form in the WAFL, where he had 23 disposals, 10 marks and a goal against South Fremantle.
Banfield has been running hot for the Thunder, with the midfielder coming off a 32 disposal, 10 mark and four tackle game against Perth last Saturday.
Schultz is continuing to press his case for a return to AFL football, with the small forward picking up 23 disposals, six tackles and a goal against Perth.
Jones has averaged 24.1 hitouts per game from nine WAFL appearances this season, often playing in a dual ruck/forward role.
Against Perth, he had 30 hitouts, five inside 50s and a goal.
Fremantle will finalise their starting 22 on Friday, which will be announced on fremantlefc.com.au at 3pm.
Meanwhile, Carlton have announced that their captain Patrick Cripps will miss the trip west.
Cripps (foot) has been omitted alongside Harry McKay (groin).
Andrew Phillips, Jack Silvagni, Liam Jones, Matthew Kennedy, Hugh Goddard and Darcy Lang have been named as the inclusions to Carlton's extended squad.
Bouncedown for the clash is at 3.20pm.
