TICKETING 

How do we buy tickets to a Fremantle Dockers home game?
Tickets can be purchased in advance through ticketmaster.com.au or at the box offices located at gates A, C & E at Optus Stadium on game day. Box offices will generally open 30 minutes prior to the gates opening. 

Are there family ticket options?
Family tickets are available and include two adults and two juniors aged 6-14 years. Juniors under six years are permitted free into the ground providing they do not occupy a seat and must sit on a supervising adult's lap for free entry. Persons aged 15 and over as at 1 Jan 2023 are classified as an adult.

Are there concession tickets?
Concession tickets are available for the following card holders - Pensioners, Veteran Affairs & TPI, Full-Time Students, valid Personal Treatment Entitlement Card Holders and valid Healthcare Card Holders.

How do we book an accessible seat? 
Accessible seating can now be purchased online at ticketmaster.com.au. Bookings which include a companion card ticket can only be collected from the box office at the stadium, as the companion card must be presented upon collection. Accessible and Enhanced Amenity seats are located across every level of Optus Stadium including premium hospitality areas, accommodating wheelchair users, their carers and guests.

TRANSPORT TO THE STADIUM

Is public transport included in the ticket?
Tickets include travel on all Transperth services for three hours either side of the match, so be prepared and ensure you plan your journey ahead with Transperth’s Journey Planner. If asked, you will need to show your game ticket to the driver or inspector. More information

Which gate is closest to the train station?
The train station is located closest to gates A & B.
    
Is parking available at the stadium?
There is no public parking available on major event days. Stadium car parks are only open on non-major event days. There is limited ACROD parking available at Optus Stadium, with registrations opening three weeks prior to the event date. More information

ENTERING THE STADIUM

Can we enter through any gate? 
Yes, entry is available through any gate at the stadium. Have your digital ticket ready prior to arrival and get to the stadium early to ensure you are not caught in long queues outside the stadium in the lead up to the game. The scanner to scan your digital ticket is located to the right of the turnstile entry gates, and you will enter on the left. 

Are prams allowed into the stadium? 
For safety reasons, strollers and prams are not permitted in the stadium. Strollers and prams may be stored in cloakrooms provided adjacent to the entry gates.

Is there a restriction on bag size?
Patrons are asked to travel light and be ready to have any bags checked. Please do not bring bags larger than an A4 piece of paper. 

Can we bring our own food and drinks? 
Optus Stadium is a fully licensed venue which means you can purchase food and alcohol. However, if you would prefer to bring your own food you are welcome to. Water bottles are allowed, however must be full sealed, or empty on arrival. There are water refilling stations throughout the stadium. BYO alcohol and glass bottles are prohibited. 

Can my kids bring in a sign that they made, or a flag?
Signs and flags are welcomed, however flag poles exceeding 1.6m in length are prohibited. 

Are umbrellas allowed?
You can use your umbrella on the way to Optus Stadium, however once you are inside umbrellas must be kept closed. 

KIDS ENTERTAINMENT

What entertainment is available for kids throughout the game?
There are kids’ activities at the Southern Oval pre-game. The Southern Oval is located outside gate D. There is also an airbrush tattoo station located inside the stadium near Lobby 101.

Where are the play areas located outside the stadium? 
The Chevron Parkland is located along the Swan River foreshore and includes six nature play areas catering for children of all ages and abilities. If you are exiting the stadium, gate D is closest to these play areas. 

Is there kick-to-kick on ground after the game? 
There is no kick-to-kick on Optus Stadium. 

INSIDE THE STADIUM

Where are the parent rooms located?
There are five parenting rooms throughout Optus Stadium. Each are equipped with changing tables and comfortable chairs for feeding. They are located the back of sections 112, 137, 148, 511, and 536. 

Where can we get first aid/medical assistance?
Medical crews are present inside and outside the stadium to attend to any issues. First Aid rooms are located on level 1 behind section 145, and level 5 behind section 548. You can also see stadium staff for assistance.

What is the Sensory Room and where is it located?
The Sensory Room provides opportunities for individuals with a disability to access a quiet space during Fremantle home games at Optus Stadium. The room is for people with sensory needs, open to children and adults. Individuals with a disability will be prioritised. The room is located just off the main Level 1 concourse, next to aisle 148/149. To access the room, you must fill in the registration and waiver form prior to entering the room. Some spots will be held for walk-in requests that will be accommodated where possible. 

Where can we buy food, and fill up our water bottles? 
Water refilling stations are located throughout the stadium on Level 1 and Level 5. 

What happens if my kid gets lost?
If a child is lost, we ask that patrons contact the nearest security guard, stadium staff member or patrolling police immediately. You can also text 0409 317 771.

Is the stadium a cashless venue? 
Yes, all food and beverage outlets at Optus Stadium accept payment by card only. 

Can I charge my phone?
There are charging stations located on Level 1 at the back of sections 102, 117 and 118, plus on Level 5 at the back of sections 511/512, 541/542 and 544/545. 

Where are the lifts located? 
Lifts are located at every gate, plus there are another four lifts located inside the stadium.  

How do we report anti-social behaviour?
You can report anti-social behaviour to stadium staff immediately or text 0409 317 771.
