Peel Thunder were defeated by Subiaco by 17 points at Rushton Park on Saturday.
The Thunder were in front for the majority of the game before Subiaco kicked the final six goals of the match to win.
Matt de Boer collected 33 disposals and laid seven tackles, while Jack Hannath dominated the hit-outs with 47.
Peel maintain fourth spot on the ladder and will play Claremont in the final home and away game of the season next Saturday 27 August at Claremont Showgrounds.
