Fremantle are once again excited to work with the stars of the future with the AFLW Junior Clinic set to run on Tuesday 27 September.
The clinic is a fun way for girls and boys from pre-primary to year six to get involved and participate in a variety of footy skills activities alongside Freo’s AFL Women’s players.
The day will also round out with a signing session at the conclusion of the clinic.
Participants will need to be sun smart so please make sure to bring a hat, sunscreen and a water bottle.
Cost for the clinic is $55 and includes a 2023 Fremantle AFLW Junior Membership and a Freo merch item!
For the older girls, we are also excited to deliver the Peak Performance program again in 2022, designed to help aspiring female football players aged 15 to 17 achieve their peak both on and off the field.
Peak Performance is designed and delivered by Fremantle's AFL Women’s players and staff, and will bring participants inside the four walls of an elite High-Performance environment.
Over two days, participants will engage in a series of practical and theory sessions delivered by industry professionals and AFLW players and coaches on fundamental skill development and decision making, as well as a variety of educational sessions around injury prevention, athletic development, health and lifestyle and performance psychology.
Cost for the program is $200 and includes a host of benefits including access to Fremantle’s elite training facilities, daily guest speakers and insights into industry best practices.
Participants will also receive a Peak Performance training shirt and a Peak Performance journal.
